Our roving performers typically work in 20-minute sets with breaks between sets - for example, 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off. The total duration and exact format depends on the act booked and your event schedule. Most bookings run 2–3 hours of coverage across the event.
Yes - this is one of our most popular combinations. Roving performers during the cocktail hour, followed by a feature LED dancer or drum show at a set time during dinner.
For events up to 200 guests, 2–3 roving performers work well. For larger events, we recommend 4–6 to ensure full coverage of the venue.
